UNESCO Sets to Empower 50,000 Girls and Women in Bauchi State with ICT Skills

Following UNESCO's previous works in Nigeria The United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organisation ( UNESCO) would be training 50,000 girls and women in ICT skills in a phase they termed "School Meets the Learner Approach". The target groups are low- performance female students in Junior Secondary Schools in Bauchi. Devices such as television, mobile phones , tablets etc. would be deployed to the children's homes , schools or learning centers.
