2 Chibok Girls are now High School Graduates in US
Recall that some Chibok girls escaped from their captors ( Boko Haram) in 2014 and were taken abroad to study. Debbie and Grace were among the girls that were fortunate to have escaped and they are now high school graduates in Washington DC, US. After graduating from the 11th grade and 12th grade
This news was announced by Mr Ogebe Emmanuel the International Director of Education and a US based human rights lawyer. Two Nigerian delegates Mr and Mrs Paul Gadzama who are founders of ' Education must Continue Initiative' and a parent of on of the Chibok girls were there to witness the ceremony. Congratulations to them, this should mark the beginning of greater things in their lives.
