It is 57 days today since 6 boys were kidnapped from a school in Epe, Lagos State and these boys are yet to be found. Citizens have expressed their disappointment in the inability of the Lagos State Government to find these boys.

Dogga Itora ( Acting Secretary of Democratic Socialist Movement ) on TVC news expressed his displeasure in the attitude  of government and security  forces in locating and rescuing these boys. He blamed it on the delapitating state of the Nigerian police and the lack of effective means and equipment to rescue those boys.

Kidnapping has become rampant in our society and it must be dealt with so that our children can feel safe in their schools and homes. Mr. Dogga further noted that economic hardship , incompetence amongst our political elites, poverty, unemployment  etc.are responsible for the high rate of kidnap in the society today and urged the federal and state government to do more to make the life of the people better. I pray those boys are okay and they are rescued to forestall further kidnap attempts in our society.
