"Dear Future Daughter in-law,I have trained My Son to be a Proper Husband and Father".. Do

Two Nigerian mothers Aisha Yesufu  (Bring Back our Girls Activist ) and Omoni Oboli  ( a renowed artist) posted pictures of their sons in the kitchen cooking and learning how to cook respectively.  They Addressed it to their future daughter inlaws asking them to refrain from giving them sense of Entitlement when the get married as they have trained them to respect women and to do domestic chores. 

While training your son to be domesticated and respectful is not just enough, I think it is a step in the right direction. The more we train our daughters to value themsleves and our sons to respect themsleves , the better our society would be. This would curtail gender stereotypes and gender based violence and help promote gender equality, thereby leading to a better society. Please parents take a cue from this.
